Liu Shousheng, Secretary of the China Packaging Federation’s Paper Packaging Committee, predicts that the growth rate of the paper product packaging industry, in the second half of 2012, will be between 12 and 15 percent, based on an average increase rate of 18 to 20 percent over recent years.
