Recently, the Twelfth Five-Year Plan for the Development of the Paper Making Industry, compiled by the National Development & Reform Committee, the Ministry of Industry & Information Technology and the State Forestry Bureau, was released.
From 2011 to 2015, the production consumption of China's paper making industry will continue to grow steadily. It is expected that paper and paperboard consumption in China will reach 114.7 million tons, up 4.6 percent from 2010. The total production capacity of paper and paperboard will be around 130 million tons, with a total volume of 116 million tons produced, a year-on-year increase of 4.6 percent.
