The history of corrugated cardboard lasts about one and half century. For the first time the patent right about corrugated cardboard improvement was registered in 1871. Then, every two-three years new and more perfect ideas about corrugated cardboard production and its mechanisms appeared. The corrugating process is the main difficulty, but the most interesting step.
The native place of corrugated cardboard is America. But soon the factories appeared in German and France. In Russia, the corrugated cardboard has appeared in the early 20th century, but the revolution became the reason of production break. In the 80th, the government made the decision to change wooden containers into corrugated cardboard.
