1. Corrugated paperboard consists of two structure elements. The facing, which is made from Kraft paper[paper?:paper sample maker cutting machine] linerboard, can be easily purchased around the world. The raw materials needed for the fluting must be converted into corrugated paperboard by the corrugators.
2.The corrugated board is slit and cut into the desired size.
3.A flexography-printing[printing?:printing cutting finishing solution] machine is used to print[print?:printing image graphic cutting solution] the facing with whatever information is desired.
4 At this point the paperboard is prepared for assembly in one or more of the following ways.
(1)Die-Cutting
Preformed dies are used to cut or punch out the size and shape of corrugated paper[corrugated paper?:DCP-H series sample cutter plotter] desired.
(2) Stitching
This process is used to connect the lap and the end of the sheet of a corrugated container.
.(3) Clueing
This process is similar to stitching but resign adhesive is sued instead of metal wire.
5. The paperboard is then folded or assembled into boxes.
6.After being properly packed, the boxes are ready for shipping.
