The advantages of acrylic bath: easy shaping; good thermal insulation; good gloss; light weight, easy installing; varied colors and shapes. Because of these characteristics, acrylic baths are relatively inexpensive.
The disadvantages of acrylic bath: Compared with bath of ceramic and enamel, acrylic bath is easy to be dirty; noisy when adding water. Besides, its temperature and wear resistance is poor; discoloration of the surface is easy to age.
