what is the notice of CUTCNC cutting machine?

Before installation, the technical personnel must to tell customers how long the installation time will be taken. (Generally 2-3 days).

The machine must be well earthed (including computer, instrument table, control box, vacuum pump, air-presser) before starting it.

The machine must be matched with a regulator (AC purifying precision 200V/3KW) by customers.

The technician must adjust its level of table carefully
①Adjust the level of the machine by the diagonal line.
②Adjust its level by dead pen or percentage meter.
③The temporarily useless part of the vacuum table must be covered by membrane or paper[paper?:paper sample maker cutting machine].

Customers must to know how to adjust the overlapping of pen, pressing wheel, knife and laser lamp, and adjust machine angle, size 、precision. Adjust the overlappping of the back and forth straight line of X、Y axis.

The matched computer can’t be installed with other software, and can’t be covered by black and protective screen.

Regular killing virus , especially in internal memory.(note: uninstall the software when finish)

The technician must to teach customers how to use and change parameters，and indicate the meanings of the parameters .

Customers must regularly give oil to the machine (including its heed, X、Y rail, X、Y gear box), and keep cleaning.

Don’t operate the computer when it working with machine .If the tool is changed, the precision (of knife, pen, pressing wheel and laser lamp) must be readjusted.

Please turn off the laser lamp in time when it isn’t used.

When installing the machine, Don’t insert the Dangle into the port of the control card, or else the card and the computer will be destroyed (see the attached drawing 1).

The better depth of the knife is 0.5mm under the mat. This depth can guarantee the mat’s life.

The AC380V power supply and AC220V power supply mustn’t to be linked in the same circuit. The machine can not be used the same power supply with other high-power equipment.
