What should attention to when you installed the light box

 Now ,many advertisements in a large part of the sales,mostly. Installing light box[light box?:light box]  is not enjoyed the service.so many people hang installation by themselves conveniently,from installation and disassembling in painting is not feasible.but must pay attention to some problems,for your safely,please install method according to the following :

1. Installation and disassembling when operators must wear light cotton white gloves . Because of the hand, and sweat in sweat oil.salt,acid and alkali,etc,which has certain chemical corrosive stuck in stainless steel,stainless steel surface corrosion will slowly,stainless steel surface slowly old color,losing out of colour,
2. The casing outside the box while disassembling must be handled with care and distorted.Ban collision.
3. Pulled off the power plug,electric components,then check charged,In the inspection requirements ,such as power into the hole meticulous.ballast input and output terminals ,lamp seat of wire,etc.
4. Of size must conform with the guide plate,the size too small or too much, not lest affect display effect of heat and light inside.
5. When the casing outside the box in the installation,adjustment to light,hangling flat six,then check box.

      6    Insert plug on the power switch, lighting is normal, if see on light bright side, disconnect the power plug, and check the lamp-tube is loose wires, lamp, Ballast input and output wires is loose,etc.

     8.   Its the bright light, please check whether the leakage. protector, plug in the wire connector is loose in the crackdown, input and output connector is loose ,etc.

     9.  Such as leakage protector and less electricity,please check the power input, ballast and tube leakage circuit under the side.

    10.  Such as high noise box, please check whether the ballast aging.

    11.  Such as light appeared light, not bright phenomenon, please check the ballast, thrminals,plugs, whether ageing lamp-tube is in place or aging.
